DOMESTIC RETURNS
Orders may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit, a refund to the original form of payment (with the exception of made-to-order styles, which may only be returned for store credit), or an exchange for a different size. Please email hello@ooriott.com with your order # to initiate a return.
All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of approval.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

We cannot accept returns on clothing that has been worn, washed, or used.

Accessories (including bags, jewelry, and small goods) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Made-to-order styles may only be returned for store credit.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

A $16 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES (Domestic Only)
We are happy to accommodate an exchange for the same style in a different color or size (subject to availability). We will cover the shipping fee for domestic exchanges. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s), and a maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed.

Note: Accessories and made-to-order styles are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering their own return shipping costs.
